Leti Garcia has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry where she helped beauty brands grow their businesses. Throughout her career, Leti has worked for growing brands such as Jouer Cosmetics, Hourglass Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverly Hills and Alterna Professional Haircare, in various sales, marketing, product development, and operations roles. Her recent experience includes driving beauty products (color cosmetics, skincare, etc.) through conception to completion as Director of Product Development at Jouer Cosmetics. She is skilled in brand management, development and marketing and merchandising.
Jennifer Kim has more than 20 years of work experience, specializing in the import and export of fashion and beauty products. She also has sales, marketing, production, and a management background in the fashion and beauty industries with such multi-national corporations as Bebe Stores Inc., the Korean beauty products manufacturer, IASO International, and many others.
Calvin Thang has trained in academies in the USA, Italy and Japan with some of the most respected hair brands worldwide. His specialized talents include color, cutting, styling, as well as texturizing services (permanent waves and smoothing). Born and raised in Vietnam, Calvin immigrated to the United States where he further honed his skills and perfected his technique as a hairstylist. Calvin is now TLLC Beauty Brands’ Business Development Manager for Vietnam where he now resides.
Maria Badilla has over 30 years in the industry, with experience in diverse markets, including extensive experience in marketing, sales and distribution, both in the consumer and retail arenas. In addition, her exposure has been across a broad range of products, from fast moving consumer goods, health care and nutrition, luxury goods and beauty/cosmetic products. While working with prestigious brands and organizations, Maria accumulated valuable exposure in brand management, resulting in a proven track record of marketing success. Maria considers the Philippines her home market, where she rsides, but she has also worked in other markets such as Dubai, New Zealand and Cambodia.
NHUNG LA has over 12 years of experience in mass marketing, direct sales and sales operations, with a unique specialty in healthcare segments. She has worked in a wide range of industry areas from business to business to managing marketing and communication campaigns and promotion for brands such CND, Davines, TIGI and Moroccan Oil. She has particular expertise and strong relationships with the media in Vietnam, such as beauty and lifestyle magazines, editors, bloggers, fashion designers, the press, social networks and production houses, having co-written for many of them on the subjects of beauty and fashion.
